About our practice
East Carolina Center for Sight was founded by Dr. Charles W. Titone, M.D. It’s mission has been to bring the best possible care to our patients. Dr. Titone continues to add the latest diagnostic and treatment options to bring the very best to Eastern North Carolina. Dr. Titone seeks out Eye care sub-specialists to have satellite clinics at our practice allowing them to offer services that otherwise might not be available to patients in our area.
Staff
Donice Titone
Donice is the Office manager. She is also the surgical coordinator. Donice will guide you through understanding and scheduling your surgical procedure.
Tiana Wallace
Tiana is our Assistant surgical scheduler and Appointment coordinator. Tiana will help you find a date and time that will fit your schedule. Tiana also assists in gathering initial information for your visits with us and makes sure all your medications get to your pharmacy.
Tichina Bonner
Tichina is our Front desk receptionist. She will get your appointment with us scheduled and get you started with your visit. Tichina will make sure you have a great visit with us.
Thomas Fisher
Thomas Fisher (TJ) is our Ophthalmic Physician Assistant. He is a skilled healthcare professional who works closely with our ophthalmologist to provide comprehensive eye care. He will assist in various aspects of your visit, including conducting initial assessments, post operative exams, performing diagnostic tests, and helping during procedures and surgeries. OPAs play a crucial role in ensuring your comfort, safety, and well-being throughout your eye care journey. They are knowledgeable about various eye conditions, treatments, and medications, and are here to answer your questions, provide support, and assist with any concerns you may have. Think of them as a valuable member of our team dedicated to helping you maintain optimal eye health.”
John Fitzgerald
John is our clinic manager and lead technician. John has over 10 years experience in ophthalmology.
Gary Woolard
Gary is a Certified Ophthalmic Technologist. He will gather all the information and testing for the doctor. Gary is also an artist and thespian in his personal time. Gary will learn all the details of your case to allow us to give you personal treatment.
Taylor Williams
Taylor is a Ophthalmic technician. She is highly skilled at gathering information for us to complete your exam
Darlene Benns
Darlene is a Certified Ophthalmic Technologist. She will gather all the information and testing for the doctor. Darlene is an experienced Technologist with many years experience.
